I'm a thinker that that will let no stone alone, much less unturned. I'm an idea engineer that will develop a process to make it real and innovate to make it happen. I have proven myself both as a Interpreneur and as a Entrepreneur.
I'm a former Executive Director of the Fédération des francophones de Terre-Neuve et du Labrador (FFTNL) from 1997-2006. With an Honours Degree in Social Sciences (Political Science), from Université de Moncton, I have worked for Not-For-Profit Associations and as a Business Consultant for the Most of my Career.
My background is in strategic studies and Canadian politics, with a particular emphasis on Charter rights pertaining to minorities. I'm a Karrass® Certified Negotiator and a seasoned project manager.
I also have a wealth of experience in international affairs and cooperation. Within the context of Acadian diplomacy, I have participated in many missions to Francophone Europe and have managed many bilateral projects.
I have worked in the Intergovernmental Affairs Division for the Solicitor General of Canada. I have also worked as a Senior Policy Advisor with the Harper Administration.
I'm the President of a consulting firm called groupe OPTIONS group, which specializes in business brokerage, international business strategy, change management, negotiations, government relations, crisis management, governance and decision-making structures in the not-for-profit and private sectors.
I'm also President (Canadian Operations) of Cabestan Holdings, Inc. which has a broad client base in strategic communications and marketing.
