Main projects
Since June 2007 Program management of the ERMES Project
ERMES is an IT system consisting in the association of a Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Core model developed to integrate the EUROVIA Group Financial and Management corporate rules and Papyrus. ERMES is in production in three countries since the beginning of 2008 (Poland, Romania and Lithuania) and is scheduled to go live in January 2009 in Chile, Croatia, New Caledonia and French Polynesia.
My role has the IT project manager is to:
• Build the functional description of the solution respecting the Finance and the International departments requirements
• Lead the developments done by the integrator selected by the IT department for building the Core model and deploy it in the subsidiaries
• Lead and control the installation and adaptation of the core model in the foreign countries to meet their local legal and fiscal needs
• Guarantee the perimeter of the project to insure its allocated budget, goals and integrity.

Since 2003 Project Management: Papyrus (Vinci innovation Management Award 2005)
Involved in the Papyrus program since my arrival in the Group in 2003, I did participate to all the phases of the project:
• As a trainee Analyst in 2003, I worked with several groups of foremen in France to choose the hardware and the communication technology to be used to run Papyrus on the field. My mission ended with the choice of the tablet PC with GPRS connection.
• As a junior project Manager in 2003 and 2004 I wrote the functional specificities to adapt the Papyrus functional description to the specific usage of the Tablet PC.
• At the same time, I managed a team of suppliers (HP, Orange and an IT distributor) to organize the deployment of 3000 units in France and then about 1000 more in several other Kheops countries.
2007 Project Management: GAÏA B.E. (Vinci innovation Environment Award 2007)
GAÏA B.E. is an inhouse software used by EUROVIA’s R&D department to compare the ecological impact of different methods to build road by calculating 16 selected indicators such as CO2 production, fuel and natural resources consumption.
My role has the IT project manager has been to:
• Build the functional description and lead the software developments within internal and external developers teams to meet the requirement of the R&D department
• Find innovative technical and functional solutions to fulfil the management and user needs.
2006/ 2007 Project Management
Deployment of all Kheops (SAP based IT system) IT infrastructures in US and UK subsidiaries consisting in managing local IT teams to upgrade PCs, network and printers to prepare the go live of Kheops.
Deployment of Neva in Canada (DJL) and Poland (Eurovia Polska)

2006 Participation as part of the infrastructure team to the management of the PRA project
2006 Implementation of Quickplace (Lotus notes based collaborative work software) for the HR department (Persovia, 400 users), R&D department (50 users) and IT department (50 users)
2005/2006 As the project manager in charge of mobility and innovation within the IT department, I deployed the two main wireless communication solutions in use in the Group as the Blackberry and Business Everywhere (Communication devices for laptops)
