Collaborated with the company's international marketing in order to setup plants in overseas locations. I also assisted the enterprise in seeking bridge capital in order to fund US operations as well as helping with institutional presentations with funding with the goal of expanding the company overseas.

I arranged the listing of the company on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange and arranged all their initial funding requirements with the goal of raising the company's profile in Europe. Today Faces continues to maintain an international presence in the cosmetics industry with over 60 locations in 8 countries.

Provided advisory services pertaining to listing and fund raising, the formulation of growth strategies and the evaluation of financial performance. As a consultant I was able to collaborate in listing the Chinese manufacturer of LED products to the AIM on the London Stock Exchange in 2006, where it currently continues to trade well.

Co-founded company with Michael Parnes (then a corporate broker for Corporate Synergy). Participated in establishing and raising capital for Old Park Lane Capital; a boutique corporate finance firm in London, UK. Today Old Park Lane Capital is a member firm of the London Stock Exchange and a Nominated Broker (NOMBRO); acting as an agency broker for institutions and individuals of high net worth as well as aiding young and emerging companies.

Provided advisory services to RCG Chairman Raymond Chu and founding shareholder Tony Chan. Today, RCG may perhaps be one of the world's most profitable and fastest growing pure biometric and RFID dealers. In consultation with RCG’s board, I assisted in many aspects in the running of their company such as selecting new PR firms to represent them, advising them, finding them new Nominated Advisors on AIM, assisting them expand into new markets, as well as arranging various fundraisers and placing large amounts of founder shares which created market liquidity for their stock. As an investor, I also invested funds into the company, gradually reselling shares over the market for a period of two years. Due its successful growth, RCG was able to get listed to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange earlier this year and has turned into one of the most successful AIM admissions in the last 5 years.
