=> Autonomous Supply chain department in October 2007 (12 persons)

• Responsible for the plant and key user (prototyping, defining parameters, trainer) in the new ERP project.

2005 - 2005Industrial context: Specialized in plastic injection in automotive industry. 250 workers.
•Decreased stock by lean manufacturing approach: conducted 3 teamwork (Working groups) to optimize Supplying, in process inventory, demand management and planning.
=> Decreased stock by 170 K€ = 2 days of sales.
2004 - 2004Industrial context: four factories on the site which are clients among themselves and/or front suppliers.
• Analysed flows between factories: Started system to re-complete stocks (appeal etiquettes).
• Analysed flows in workshop: reorganized flows in paths and researched of logistical solutions.
2003 - 2003Industrial context: Starting of an Industrial suppliers platform (ISP) and starting of the “407” vehicle.
• Integrated of synchronised flows coming from the ISP.
• Organized and managed a test pilot to check the validity in the new type of flow.
• Elaborated on the basis of reserves (FMEA type) starting a follow-up to be put in place.
