2007 - 2008• Translation of the Trademarks Journal (including numerous translation fields, like telecommunication, computer, clothes, cosmetics, airspace, food products, mining, gas and oil industries, etc.)
• Administrative translation (various texts from the government like reports, websites, etc.)
2005 - 2007Sales Assistant,

• Liaising between the sales team/ customer service/ management team;
• Set-up of a stock management system in Europe to reduce warehousing costs;
• Responsible for the sales of the seconds and aged stock;
• Customer care, i.e., providing information on products and prices, arranging orders and delivery of stock;

2003 - 2005• Responsible for developing markets outside Germany:
o Creation and management of a customer database, proactive search for potential clients;
o Monitoring sales and delivery process from stone extraction to actual delivery to the customer, which implied completing and issuing all relevant transport paperwork;
o In charge of imports of paving stones from China, from payment to delivery process.
• General office management:
o Liaising with the head office in Finland, authorities, suppliers and customers;
o Archiving, bookings and appointments, invoicing, preparative accounting.
