Craig Brown

I am currently Senior Manager, Customer Experience Strategy at Allstream and have worked for more than a decade in the telecommunications industry in senior product management and marketing roles. At Allstream I am also responsible for introducing Web 2.0 tools to our customers and meshing them with our business processes, and have recently completed global research on Web 2.0 and SaaS with Helix for the Enterprise market. I am actively experimenting with blogs and wikis and next generation of Web 2.0 capabilities to help advance internal and external capabilities. Prior to joining Allstream, I was Director of Marketing and Business Development at Global-X Inc., an Internet software development and consulting firm. I have an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
