2004 - 2005• Objective was to review the potential benefit of moving into the wider European tax-free market. Carried out an analysis of the existing European distribution network as well as the consumer profile of the different airports to form the basis for the business case.
• For existing distribution in home markets (Scandinavian countries), carried out a price competitor analysis of their two current markets: tax-free within Scandinavia and wholesale to the Scandinavian monopoly.
• Participated in ‘In store’ product sales and tasting events in Tax free outlets in airports and on ferries. Achieved a 10% increase in sales.
