Professional experience
2007 - 2010

Hired as the edition coordinator (+ consumer service) of the consumer websites of Medias Transcontinental company, i was quickly offered a more challenging mission :
- lead project manager for the projects coordinators in Toronto & Montreal: in charge to hire, train & coach throughout their projects of web campaigns & sales microsites, sections, contests...

- Project manager for websites such as www.escapaderomance.com (coordinating the information and tasks between the technology, sales, advertising team, making recommandations to our PR agency partner and the client's demands)

- For a few months in charge of the coordination of the Web operations in Montreal, being supported by a technical team on the production and delivery, and by a BA for the business analysis. Having many projects to handle i have to prioritize and plan the deadlines for all of them depending on the availability of my resources.

I managed over 130 projects overall. It was a huge challenge i am proud to have achieved !

Participation in the most famous student league of business associations in France (within Business schools as well as universities. It was an amazing experience allowing us to experience in advance what having responsabilities & challenges means. We learned how to be problem-solver and take initiatives fast when a long reflexion is not an option.

The principle is simple : as a student we need to professionalize ourselves thanks to different missions in our fields in order to get to know what is the best deal for each of us, what represents our strenght and weaknesses. The Junior associations are handle by volunteering students to develop our connexions & network with firms, ministers... and find missions for the students who are paid as apprentice. The associations have to answer to many criteria and audits to fulfill the requirements. We take care of every aspects as a small company : development of the business, sales, meeting with clients, defining the needs & strategy required, finding the right persons to pursue it, administrative, HR, accounting & finance aspects, follow-up, management, training, communication & PR, lobbying...

As part of the direction as the Treasurer, with the Secretary General & the President, we had to anticipate and settle everything, create short & long term strategies, planning our development, finding funds accordingly and preventing our structure to fall on the many obstacles (humans, materials, financials...).
