My name is Howard Mckitty and I have been working in the food Industry for 10 years now and I know there more to go. I have put my mind 110% in this profession learning how to cook at home was very important in my family my father loves to cook.He came from a small island called Jamaica where he learned traditional dishes he had to know how to cook. My mother was born in Nova Scotia where there is rich seafood and real downhome cooking. So the to cultures have had a great influence on me.
Born and raised in Toronto where it is very multicultural different type of food to indulge in everyday so hopefully with hard work and perseverance one day I will open my own soul food restaurant. I keep my fingers cross..................
