•Conceptualized and developed a resource management dashboard and key reporting metrics that assist management with resource planning and efficiency.
•As a result of an internal merger, managed a resource migration plan for 250 consultants and advised on how consultants should be repatriated into appropriate practices.
•Rolled out Resource Management services to the remaining GTA client groups with 3 FTE’s supporting approximately 2,000 consultants in Toronto.
•Resource Deployment Specialist for a roster of more than 800 consultants.
