I am an experienced Field Service Engineer who is especially skilled in the installation, commissioning, repair, and support of gas and steam turbines, engines, and pneumatic and hydraulic production equipment. I have more than 30 years of international experience in maintenance and maintenance management. Now I would like to bring my extensive expertise and knowledge to work for your company.

• Equipment : GE Frame 5 Mark V logic and Siemens SGT400 RS logic 5000.

• Supervised a local crew throughout the process on offshore Oil Production COB F1 Block 3 (Angola).
• Supervised a local crew in Franco Tosi (Italy) and carried out major assembly of steam turbine.
• Installed steam nozzles, rotor, all stator and rotor bladings and ensured accurate rotor alignment.
2005 - 2008• Responsible for maintenance of mechanical equipment on offshore Oil & Gas Production Plant.
• Performed daily / weekly / monthly preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all equipment.
• Trained and oversaw 30 local Mechanics, assigning daily tasks, setting schedules, evaluating performance.
• Maintained 5 Rolls Royce RB211 gas turbines (3 power generation; 2 medium & high pressure compressors.
• Coordinated with Rolls Royce Technicians regarding major mechanical breakage on turbines.
• Monitored spare parts inventory and purchased parts to ensure proper inventory at all times.
• Designed and implemented maintenance policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Carried out and supervised repairs to pumps, compressors, and diesel engines.
2003 - 2005Carried out major overhauls of gas turbine GE Frame 5 and start-up diesel engines.
