• Responsible for the ECL composite action plan aimed at improving quality while reducing labour hours by increasing efficiency and streamlining processes.
• Engineering delegate in the Eurocopter Production System with the goal of transitioning the production organisation into lean manufacturing. Building of a business case to size the lean manufacturing investment and application to government grants (SMART program and Yves Landry Foundation).

• Market research and development of a business plan for pilot and mechanics training centre which is now fully operational and the training activity is growing.
• Use of collected data to develop a training schedule
• Market research and business plan development of ECL service centre, to include number of potential helicopters available for conversion and new business.

• Development of a novel 3D real-time dosimetry visualisation device for brachytherapy
• Member of a multidisciplinary team (oncologists, nuclear physicists, and researchers)

• Research on microfluidic devices and on novel techniques for determining strains from photographs.
