- Answer to customer's needs, technical and sales related, and guide through all internal Microsoft divisions, sales (product group, sales management) and technical (developers, support, consulting).

2003 - 2006Consulting and on-site Support mission for Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Server technologies. An average of 130 missions realized accross Europe (20+ countries visited). The missions were either proactive missions (such as IT audit, optimizations, migrations), reactive (critical issues on IT infrastructures that prevents the companies to work efficiently) and customer trainings.

- Very first Premier Field Engineer in overall Southern Europe based in Microsoft France
