    Neuilly sur Seine 2010 - maintenant Abilis Solutions is an IT company created in 1999, who grew from a ‘bodyshop’ to a group delivering services and software development to Government Agencies and Fortune 500 companies in Canada, US and Australia. With 180 employees, Abilis designs and markets and a proprietary product, CORIS® OMS a fully-integrated offender management system which automates business processes across jail, prison and community corrections operations. Collectively, CORIS® manages more than 220,000 offenders, probationers and parolees. As well, over 25,000 corrections professionals use CORIS® in more than 280 secure facilities and community corrections offices.
    Recruited as Controller, I've had the opportunity during 17 years, to manage a variety of aspects of Abilis Solutions and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals and the company’s growth and business development.

    VP Operations Since 2010

    Responsibilities / accomplishments:
     Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations activities
     Support the company’s transition from service-oriented to a product approach
     Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
     Successful launch of a new company providing 24/7 SAP support (2012)
     Ensure that ISO 9001:2008 processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
