With a MBA specialized in International Business from Université Laval in Québec, I'm am presently working as a Delivery manager for Nurun Services conseils (Publicis Groupe). My previous experience in management was at Fujitsu Canada for more than 2 years. These experiences give me the opportunity to use and develop my competencies in various fields like team management, business offer proposal and project management for project all over North America. I am now a Professionnal Scrum Master and possess a Level I Gamification certificate.
If my previous Masters Degree in Innovation Management allows me to understand everyday issues for companies or clients, my MBA has given me the ability to see the alternatives to those issues and the insight to choose the best one. I am also a board member of Agile Quebec Community, which main event is Agile Tour Québec, gathering more than 800 people to share agile experiences.
As an individual, I'm a strong leader when working in groups, as proven by my scholarship for winning a GlaxoSmithKline team case study in March 2008 at Université Laval. I have also worked in a large team to perform a successful analysis and transformation of a business design for a local TV production company in Quebec. I gained a lot of experiences while a Business Strategic Adviser for various SME in the Quebec area.
These successes, and others, have given me the opportunity to showcase my ability to achieve results, the ability to work under pressure and my open mind to various situations.
