With extensive international experience in industry, GORD Associates Consulting (GAC) provides strategic project management services as Owner's representative for corporations and government agencies from the development, structuring and approval phases through engineering, construction, project delivery and closeout phases - often including troubleshooting and strong leadership for projects that are either high-risk or are experiencing schedule and/or cost overruns.
Made up of two complementary groups, Consulting and Engineering, GORD Associates Consulting (GAC) diagnoses problems faced by senior managers and implements clear and common-sense directives to yield fast results while ensuring that project objectives are met.
