    2012 - 2013 I was instrumental in developing the first procurement (RFPs) for cloud computing services for the Government of Ontario (Ontario Public Service and Broader Public Sector).

    2011 - 2013 I designed and implemented a culture change and innovative strategy to radicallly improve IT, operational efficiency and quality of service. I managed a team of up to 20 volunteers with a broad range of skills from coders to writers.
