Recently graduated from ISIT, working and living in Canada on a Working Holidays Visa, I aim at gaining a valuable international experience.
As a survivor of a sexual assault and a recovered anorexia nervosa sufferer, l can empower others on how to positively heal by encouraging other survivors and ED-sufferers that they too can prosper and heal positively in society. I'm currently volunteering for the NEDIC and Rape Crisis Center. I'm also studying and researching, in order to enroll in the Assaulted Women's and Children's Counsellor/Advocate program in 2011.
2010 - 2010Provide administrative support to a group of executives. Generally act as the first point of contact for the executive office. Areas of responsibilities include; drafting correspondence, answering phones calls, coordinating meetings, arranging travel and ordering office supplies and other office duties as required. Work under direct supervision
* Answer and screen telephone calls and direct messages and calls to appropriate person
* Compose, review and screen correspondence and provide information according to RBC's direction to all levels of organization
* Make domestic and international travel arrangements and schedule appointments as needed
* Coordinate meetings (set up conference calls, schedule meeting rooms, arrange reservations/catering, etc.)
* Manage calendar including scheduling meetings, rooms and appointments
* Track expenses and manage corporate credit cards
* Perform other administrative duties including filing, photocopying, faxing and ordering and maintaining office supplies, office relocations, phone, computer service
2010 - 2010Volunteer experience.
Partial Translation from English to French of the following projects:
* Proposal for funding to the EC EIDHR (European Commission - European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights) for a project in DRC aiming at the protection of girls associated with armed forces and groups in North Kivu;
* Proposal To Comic relief for a new project in Kinshasa to help street girls (aged 12-18) to get out of the streets and prevent them to engage in prostitution
2008 - 2009Employed also during summers 2002/2003.
Main Tasks:
* Greeting and direct clients (in English, French, German or Spanish);
* Carry out filling tasks for various activities and prepared invoices for clients;

* Interpreter in case of sensitive situations or clients, solving the issues;

2008 - 2009Employed as a temp. to cover the medical assistant desk when needed. Helped patients following a weight loss program, based on a new approach focusing on "body image". Also being a support for patient suffering from eating disorders.

* Tanslation of the new official EU Railways Regulations from German into French;
* Translation of confidential documents such as agreements, correspondence, legal documents;

* Creation of a bilingual database for the company (French/German)
