Our mission is to become a leading new media company taking advantage of the current digital revolution by commercializing multiplatform video based content over IP to the international markets specifically via Internet Television Web casting.

The company is currently bringing to market it’s two major products:

IPEX TV – International Programs Exchange, a unique international B2B e-commerce marketplace dedicated exclusively to buyers and sellers of multiplatform video programs. IPEX TV serves the traditional Television market as well as the fast growing Portable Device, Cellular Phone and Internet video markets. AMI’s owns 81% of IPEX TV.

The Alternative Channel – is a 100% TV over IP channel. The A Channel aims to provide an alternative voice to the main stream dogma that vehicles most of the established media, by broadcasting incisive quality TV news and public affairs videos over Internet in order to access effectively viewers around the world via all existing platforms. AMI’s owns 100% of A Channel.
