Gestionnaire chevronné, Serge détient un diplôme d’ingénieur en informatique ainsi qu'un MBA (Finance et Stratégie), et compte plus de dix (10) années d’expérience dans le domaine des TI. Ces années lui ont permis d’acquérir une solide expertise relative aux différents aspects de la gestion des TI (stratégique, tactique et opérationnelle) et aux pratiques de gestion de projets et de programmes TI.

A ce titre, Serge est aujourd'hui considéré comme spécialiste de l'alignement des TI sur les besoins d'affaires notamment grâce son savoir-faire en matière d'élaboration de plans directeurs, la gestion de projets et programmes stratégiques, la mise en oeuvre d'initiatives favorisant la réduction des coûts d'exploitation tout en augmentant la qualité des services IT aux unités d'affaires.

    2- Creation of a strategic roadmap and program management for enterprise infrastructure transformation.
    3- Creation of a strategic roadmap and program management for disaster recovery planning.
    4- Alignment of overall technology infrastructure roadmap to business.
    5- Implementation of infrastructure to support disaster recovery strategy.
    Set-up of the appropriate governance structure for service desk , desktop engineering and data center operations in line with outsourcing strategy.


    Achievements :

    - Matrix management of staff of up to 150 resources in international environment

    - Scope definition, contract negotiation/transition and management of outsourcing agreement for 15+ M$ annual contract value.

    - 20-30% reduction on project delivery and operations management costs while aligning technology infrastructure with business needs (improving average service availability from 95% to 99.7%, achieved regulations compliance for IT Infrastructure)

    - Management of strategic projects for the CIO where the overall server/storage footprint was to be reduced to the absolute minimum and the disaster recovery plan was to be refreshed.

    - Achievement of industry regulations (Bill c-198, US Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance for technology infrastructure and services

    - Contributed to Enterprise Risk Management improvement with focus on technology infrastructure-based risk and implementation of platforms or modules for financial risk management software Algorithmics
