 Management of all Environmental and HSE facets in the construction of a huge highway (1200 km which stretches from Morocco to Tunisia; over $17 billions US).

 Tender documents in soil remediation: Oil and Gas companies (Esso-Ultramar-PetroCanada Gas stations), DCC airport.

 Developed and implemented Bell Canada’s Environmental Management System (EMS) aligned with ISO 14001. In charge of the EMS software development and training, and supervision of employees.
 Planned, organized and conducted environmental auditing as per ISO 19011, disseminated results to senior management.
 Duty manager (24h/24) for incidents and major environmental events occurring on Bell Canada sites (communication with all parties), including incident reporting.
 Completely documented Bell’s EMS (identification of environmental aspects/impacts, updating of applicable regulations, preparation of management programs, etc.).
 Analysed “gaps” between operational procedures and enforced laws, and developed action plans.
 Integrated Bell’s subsidiaries into the EMS, and conducted research projects with universities.
 Building Emergency Coordinator (evacuation exercises, coordination with firefighters, first aid, etc.).

 Designed, implemented and installed decentralized wastewater treatment processes (leachate from sanitary landfills, domestic sewage) - small and large scales.
 Pumped wastewater for pilot tests, sampled reactors.
 Prepared experimental protocols & reports. Analysed and interpreted results.
 Supervised a team of two technicians.
 Published an article in 2001 ("A denitrification process based on a new composite filtering media for onsite wastewater treatment") presented at the "9th National Symposium on Individual and Small Community Sewage Systems."

 Designed peat based bioreactors for the nitrification and denitrification of landfill leachates. Determined kinetic and hydrodynamic models, microbial enumeration, etc.
 Designed a fictious soil treatment plant: Selection of the site location, environmental characterization and remediation studies, equipments sizing (water / air / soil), permit applications to government bodies, environmental monitoring, etc.

 Assessed the use of ContramidMC as an oxygen slow release agent to stimulate biodegradation in contaminated soils: respirometry and mineralization tests.

 Analysed contaminants in municipal waters by chromatography / mass spectrometry.

 Characterized superconductors at high critical temperatures.
