Suite à l'obtention de mon diplôme d'ingénieur, je suis allé travailler en Hongrie, dans un premier temps dans le cadre d'une coopération culturelle et scientifique (2004-2006), puis en tant que responsable du lancement d'un site de production de pieces de découpage classique pour l'industrie automobile (2006-2008).

    2006 - 2008 The company is specialized in stamping and fine blanking, mainly for the automotive industry. Following the transfer of production of stamped parts from France to Hungary, I've participated in the launch of a new plant in Hungary (Szigetszentmiklos). My main achievements in this postion are:
    o Planned production and supplies according to customers’ orders (EDI) via ERP system
    o Consumed raw material in the ERP system and monitored its inventory
    o Managed a team of 13 people (workers and technicians)
    o Reached €2 million sales turnover in the first year
    o Supervised quality, logistics and maintenance
    o Implemented some of LEAN manufacturing and Six Sigma tools
    o Investigated new subcontractors in the local area as part of cost reduction efforts
    o Worked closely with purchasing and human resources departments
  • French Foreign Office - Cultural and scientific cooperation

    2004 - 2006 Sent by the Foreign Office to Hungary (Paszto), my main mission were to give assistance to my Hungarian colleagues in spreading the french culture in Hungary, with the support of the French Institute of Budapest.
  • Technical University of Delft (NL) - Final Engineering Project in Laser Welding study

    2002 - 2002 o Studied the influence of several parameters (focusing, beam offset, power) on welds performed by a Nd:YAG laser on steel sheets of different thicknesses.
    o Determined on three levels (weldability, metallurgical analysis, and traction tests) the limits of the process
