    Responsible for contract negotiations, recruitment of contractors, project management, vendor
    management, relations with partners, international projects in Mexico, USA, China and India,
    engineering recruitment, international recruitment missions in Argentina, USA and France, and
    developing recruitment strategies.

    Major Accomplishments:

    * Conducted RFP for Engineering Contractors recruitment in Canada to source the primary
    vendors. This RFP permitted Bombardier Aerospace to save funds and streamline the recruitment process
    while developing key partnerships.
    * Initiated the recruitment process for China. As Team Leader, responsible for all key players
    (Finance, Legal, Tax, Procurement) ensuring that the process was successful while respecting Chinese Law.
    * Initiated the recruitment process for Mexico. As Team Leader, responsible for all key players
    (Finance, Legal, Tax, Procurement) ensuring that the process was successful while respecting Mexican
    Law.
    * Team Leader to ensure that our partnership with primary vendors was maximized and utilized to
    its full potential. This permitted Bombardier Aerospace to save funds, improve the recruitment process and
    develop major global key partnerships.
    * Was Bombardier Aerospace's representative in the CAMAQ for students projects.
    * Took the lead role for school partnership initiative. ;
    * Participated in International Recruitment Mission that permitted Bombardier Aerospace to find
    and hire high skilled engineers for new program.
    * Participated in the CSeries program staffing. ;
    * Participated in Taleo optimization process ( TALEO SUPER USER).
    * Took the lead on organizing multiple recruitment programs in response to business
    requirements.

    Responsible for acting as a Team Member involved with managing and improving public relations,
    responding to public questions, resolving public issues, creating political strategies and working on
    Regional Projects as they arose. This included participation in the Highway 30 project, assisting social
    organizations to receive government funding for their programs, and responding to well over 500

    public issues.

    2000 - 2003 Involved with recruitment of engineering, technical and architectural professionals as well as business
    development. This included developing new markets for the company and improving the recruitment
