    Montréal 2013 - maintenant Project management for the deployment of 4G / LTE VIDÉOTRON network (Canadian operator) in partnership with ROGERS WIRELESS operator.
    - Management of the activities of all the resources and of all teams: communicate the global and weekly objectives, rectify the recurrent problems and find solutions when not achieving the objectives.
    - Interaction with the partner operator.
    - Videotron Steering Committee Meetings: weekly presentation of the deployment statistics and explanation of the recurrent problems.
    - Budget follow-up.
    - Team management: work planning, problem solving, quality assurance.
    - Management of the supplier (Ericsson): definition of the objectives and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and the required targets and deadlines.
    - Management of the risks and implementation of a preventive action plan. Project: deployment of 4G / LTE technology on the VIDÉOTRON (Canadian operator) network.
  • Ericsson - Customer Project Manager

    MASSY 2012 - 2013 Responsible for the correct running of the projet in terms of cost, delay and quality.
    Project: 4G deployment in live network for a French operator.
    - Regular meetings with the customer in order to present reports, program status and resolved any related issues.
    -Customer escalation manager in case of major network and technical problems.
    -Follow of different suppliers : budget follow-up, recurrent problems, alerts, ...
