    Saint Ouen 2010 - maintenant Reporting to Regional Managing Director and part of the Regional Management Committee. Accountable on a $ 20+ million purchasing portfolio for Network Management Systems in Near & Middle East Region. Leading a team of 10+ and spearheading Sourcing & Supply Chain governances and procedures notably including Supplier selection, contractual process, material follow up, on time and quality wise delivery in line with Projects’ constraints and scheduling. Ensuring interaction with Tendering/Sales to enhance ALSTOM offers’ competitiveness while reducing costs at Operations’ stage to improve Projects’ margin.

    Main Achievements:
    • +12% Savings on Purchases volume positively impacting Projects’ margin results and P&L,
    • Developed individuals using evaluation/competency based appraisals, coaching and and regular 1 to 1 interviews.
    • Implementation of Sourcing organization in the Region in a newly created Unit (built team and deployed procedures) previously remotely handled by HQ in France,

Transfer from France to the UAE with a mission to restructure Supply Chain Department and lead relevant changes to make it efficient, close to its internal stakeholders and put in place KPIs and reporting ensuring visibility and measured progress.

    • Successful completion of Department’s structuring involving creation of a Logisitcs’ pole, segregation of expertise and re-allocation of resources against competencies assessment,
    • Ensuring segregation of duties in line with Sourcing Product Line’s governances,

    Paris La Defense 2007 - 2008 Part of Automation Central Sourcing Team, reporting to Product Line Sourcing Manager. Responsible for Subcontracted activities on the Automation Product Line. Leading Subcontractors selection process and negotiation with selected Subcontractors.

    Main Achievements:
    • Evolving in difficult environments and markets – mono sources market, no contractual tradition environment,
    • Subcontracting scopes while minimizing company’s exposure to risks through contractual terms and sticking to Projects time and budget constraints.
  • Areva - AREVA T&D Sourcing/Change Coordinator

    Paris La Defense 2007 - 2007 Reporting to Product Line Sourcing Manager and detached on a 6 months mission from HQ France to Dubai Automation Unit to support in assessing and structuring the growing Sourcing Department in anticipation of the ‘regionalization of the activity’.

    Main Achievements:
    • Analysis of portfolio, risks and opportunities of unit’s purchases,
    • Defining and leading purchasing strategy mainly for electronic goods and subcontracting portfolios,
    • Organizing and structuring in a defined timeframe the Sourcing Department of AREVA T&D Dubai (reporting, processes, and templates).
  • Carrefour - CARREFOUR CHINA Joint Business Plan Manager

    Massy 2005 - 2006 Part of Appliance Central Team reporting to CARREFOUR CHINA Appliance Director. Developing strategic partnerships with main suppliers referenced in all CARREFOUR CHINA Hypermarkets. Objective was to address main volumes to set strategies with these suppliers taking into account suppliers’ market share, products reference and profitability.

    Main Achievements:
    • Implemented analytical reports on suppliers’ profitability providing suppliers’ performance visibility (front and back margin) to balance referencing of suppliers to increase sales and profitability,
    • Elaborating commercial plans with national negotiators & suppliers to improve commercial dynamism and enhance promotion activities in China’s 80 hypermarkets.
