  Gathering technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, specifications, spare parts lists and verify the availability of parts prior to scheduling the job.
  Conducting periodic planning and scheduling meetings with Production to determine work order priorities and analyzing Preventative Maintenance Plans for accuracy and effectiveness.
  Maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (SAP).
  Raise Purchase Requisition in SAP
  Maintaining CMMS (SAP 4.6c-Creating Notifications)
  Identifying and Ordering the crucial parts and equipment
  Creates and Maintain Spare Part Store System
  Creates and Maintain Tool Store System
  Material Coordinating/Controller
  Continuously improving the availability of spare parts, special tools and Equipment for utilizing the Production targets.
  Ensure maximum machine availability to ensure maximum Production.
  Identifying and Indicating Safety hazards
  Assist Team leaders and Supervisors with their daily paperwork such as permits and Scope of work
  Assisting Maintenance staff when needed (physically)
  Duties perform on Mobile Crushers
