    Responsibilities:
    - Work on a 3 to 10 years business plan to develop turnover & profitability, gain market shares and brand awareness.
    - Make sure the level of customer « Service » is the highest. Operate a yearly activities planning in each counter (launches, animations, and challenges), create partnerships with operators and airports authorities. Regular visits of each point of sales.
    - Develop the turnover and profitability of each counter and the Kiehl’s roll out in my area.
    - Commercial agreements and shop in shop locations negotiations.
    - To create and apply the marketing strategy: assortment optimization, price policy, exclusive TR offers.
    - Direct manager of 30 persons (29 Kiehl’s Customer Representatives and one commercial assistant) and functional management of 14 persons (international trainer, field supervisors and local trainers), recruitment and training.
    - To ensure reporting process and the quality of relationship with the brand New York head office and the different departments of the company: finance, logistic, merchandising, training and Travel Retail General manager.
  • L'Oréal Produits de Luxe - YSL Beauté Travel Retail Area Manager

    2005 - 2009 Travel Retail area manager France, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands and Scandinavia. 30 customers. Area turnover for 2009: 13 000 K€.

    Responsibilities:
    - Develop the turnover and profitability. Promotional planning and brand dedicated space negotiation. Gain Market shares is the main objective.
    - Manager of a 35 persons team (three delegates, two commercial assistants and thirty beauty advisors).
    - To apply the marketing strategy, control the image and positioning of each brand in each store visited frequently.
    - To operate commercial animations. To establish a P&L for each event. Work on the animation theme, the number of references animated, the decoration, the sales objective and challenge, the number of promoters to be employed. Follow up of results.
    - To recruit, train, manage and control the Travel Retail sales teams.
    - To ensure reporting process and the quality of relationship between the different departments of the Company.

    Results: in one year the area’s turnover increased by 45 % while operating profit increased by 50 %
  • Cosmopolitan Cosmetics - Export Area Manager

    2001 - 2005 Greece, Turkey and Cyprus. Travel retail and domestic markets.
    Area turnover: July 2003 – June 2004: 11 000 K€.

    Responsibilities:
    - Develop the turnover and profitability.
    - To adapt the marketing plans, media plans and promotional actions to the markets.
    - To succeed the launch of the group new brands (ex: Max Mara, Mont Blanc).
    - To ensure reporting process and quality of the relationship with the partners of the Company: travel retail operators, distributors.

    Results: in 3 years the area’s turnover increased by 107 %, from 5 400 000 € (end June 2001) to 11 100 000 € (end June 2004).
