As manager of a small community television system, I have the occassion to work as cameraman, editor, director, producer and even do some voice over.
Have the opportunity to attend events and bring to the community events that would otherwise go un-noticed.
Also have the opportunity to work with volunteers and students.
My observation............there is a lot of talent jus waiting to be stimulated.
