    2014 - maintenant • Manage the solutions and execution of projects assigned to subcontractors that are key providers within the Defence and Security business unit.
    • Manage all aspects affecting subcontractor deliverables: schedule, cost, revenue, risk, scope, customer relationship and liaise with the Subcontract Manager for contract issues.

    2008 - 2014 * Assumed technical leadership, in a customer-facing role, for military flight simulator programs, including simulators of Aermacchi M346, Hawk Mk. 128 and C-130 aircraft for the UK, Morocco, Italy and Singapore.
    * Provided technical explanations, presentations and descriptions of the product to customers.
    * Managed technical activities; provided co-ordination and reports to superiors.
    * Gave guidance and direction to technical staff to ensure that the technical requirements were being met within schedule and budget constraints throughout the life of the program, from contract award to client acceptance.
    * Oversaw preparation of schedules and work plans and continually reviewed progress.
  • CAE Inc. - Software System Architect & Technical Group Leader

    2007 - 2008 * Supervised and supported a group of engineers who implement Engine and Flight model designs.
    * Created work plans and estimated hours for Engine and Flight model designs.
    * Approved and assumed responsibility for Engine and Fixed-Wing Flight models on all Military flight simulator contracts.
    * Trained new employees and interns. ;
    * Supported Marketing Department in the initial project Proposal and Bid phase for all Military contracts by providing necessary technical information and support.
  • CAE Inc. - Aerodynamics System Specialist

    1998 - 2007 * Created and implemented Engine and Aerodynamic model designs, including the first two helicopter aerodynamic models at CAE to be qualified to Level "D" standards by the FAA and JAA.
    * Worked directly with clients during the acceptance phase of projects, both in Montreal and at the client's facilities, to jointly test flight simulators and implement client requests for technical changes.
    * Interacted directly with certifying authorities (Federal Aviation Administration, Joint Aviation Administration) during the qualification phase of projects.
  • Bombardier Aerospace - Propulsion System Specialist

    Montréal 1996 - 1998 * Supported APU, engine and nacelle integration on the CL-604 business jet and RJ-200 regional jet.
    * Generated technical drawings for engine nacelles. ;
    * Participated in an engine vibration analysis project with General Electric, including engine runs and flight tests.
