  • Directed warehouse transfer from LBG to VLP site in line with objectives: budget, planning and costs. 100M€ stock for 50 K references to transfer within 10 days, seamlessly for our Customers.
  • Directed automotive concepts implementation to improve receiving capabilities: 50% productivity increase and substantial quality process improvement.
  • Participated in analysis for repair cycle reduction.
  Conducted tender for Reverse Logistics project and led successful implementation. Achieved 82% reduction in TAT.
  EAI Reverse Logistics process is a benchmark for the aeronautical industry according to external logistics experts.
  • Participated in reducing the stock by 15.7M€. Coordinated actions between material planning and finance departments. Led project operationalisation.
