Carried out technical backstopping missions for the formulation and the implementation of the National Programme for Food Security in the Republic of Congo and in Equatorial Guinea.
Task force member for the Sahel region (Niger, Chad, Burkina Faso, Mali, Senegal, Gambia, Guinea Bissau,)
Technical officer responsible for the National and regional programmes for food security in western and central African countries, except(Angola, Liberia, Gambia)
Team leader for the formulation of the PNIASA (National investment programme for agriculture and food security) in the republic of Guinea
Conducted tripartite missions for the formulation of the South-South cooperation agreement between Morocco and the Republic of Senegal, the Republic of Mali and the Republic of Guinea
Formulated the South-South cooperation agreement between Morocco and the Republic of Niger, the Republic of Burkina Faso, the Republic of Senegal and the Republic of Guinea
Conducted exploratory missions for the preparation of South-South cooperation agreement between China and the Republic of Benin and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

* Prepared training modules in the field of water resources management and development
* Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams for the formulation of small scale irrigation project (3000 ha) in Chad, in the framework of NPFS, and prepared the South-South cooperation agreement with Vietnam;
* Focal point for the implementation of Special Programme for Food security in Gabon, and the South-South cooperation with China
* Conduct training of Gabones engineers and technicians in water resources management in the framework of SPFS
* Carried out various technical backstopping missions to ensure monitoring of SPFS projects including emergency projects in Central Africa and western Africa
* Planned and designed water resources development projects such as irrigation and drainage systems,
* Supported and counseled stakeholders for the sustainable development and management of Land & water resources in Central Africa
