Having worked in 3 different languages (English, French, German), I have gathered a significant international experience in event and project management, especially in the sports sector.

In a previous role as part of the Client Services team at London 2012 (LOCOG), I headed up the Partner Showcasing Programme in the Olympic Park, managing directly all spnsors involved.

Most recently, I developed and implemented the Societe Generale sponsorship activation strategy at The Evian Championship (LPGA major golf tournament) and managed the on-site delivery. I also contributed to the delivery of Societe Generale's hospitality programme at the Rugby 6 Nations tournament.

I developed various sets of skills in previous roles, organising conferences and incentives, outdoor events and also developing international buisness.

A strong team player able to take own initiatives to manage complex projects, engage multiple stakeholders and exceed demanding clients' expectations.

    Managing partnership activations on The Evian Championship (LPGA Major golf tournament):

    - Designing the sponsorship activation strategy: translating the company’s aims and event’s credentials into a tailored 360° activation plan targeting the general public, current and prospective clients and internal teams through online and offline tools

    2011 - 2012 Management of the Showcasing programme within the Client Services team: planning design, construction and operations of sponsors’ pavilions in the Olympic Park:

    - Project management: managing and driving the project involving a multi-disciplinary team across various in-house functional areas (Venues, Event Services, Overlay, Sustainability, etc.), external stakeholders and 3rd parties.

    - Client management: day-to-day contact with all 8 Showcasing partners: Coca-Cola, Acer, BMW, BP, EDF, National Lottery, Panasonic and Samsung

    - Planning: setting up processes (approval process, working group, Showcasing Guidelines) in order to manage timelines and manage work efficiency for both Partners and in-house working group

    - Issue resolution: managing internal and external issues in order to optimize client satisfaction and London 2012 results

    2010 - 2011 I develop the programme of events and strategies for target markets within China and Thailand to promote UK agri-technologies.

    My main duties and responsibilities are:

    - To develop the forward programme of events and strategies and identify opportunities to develop further activity within China and Thailand

    - To organise and manage a ‘portfolio’ of national and international events as agreed in the business plan and within a restricted budget

    - To consult with British Embassies and multiplier stakeholder organisations in the ongoing development of the target market strategies

    - To act as the liaison point for enquiries both nationally and internationally for China and Thailand

    - To work with the team on domestic and technical events as required, providing support for international visitors at UK shows
